SHIPPING METHOD

Q. How do you ship, and what is the price?

A. Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. We offer Free Shipping within the continental USA using USPS Ground Shipping. The customer covers shipping upgrades to Priority or Express.

Q. How long is your shipping and processing time? 

A. All jewelry orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Domestic orders usually arrive in 3-7 business days. Orders to Canada can take up to two weeks.

Q. Why didn't my shipment come in one package? 

A. If jewelry orders were placed separately, we may have missed that they were headed to the same address. All apparel and accessories are Made-To-Order and may arrive individually as well. 

Made-to-order purchases containing items like t-shirts and stickers may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items simultaneously; they are on their way. We’ll provide a separate tracking number for each item we send individually. The tracking numbers will be added to your order details and found under your purchase history.

Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. 

Q. How do you ship, and from where?

A. We ship all jewelry orders from Pinon Hills, CA (USA), mainly using USPS and occasionally UPS & FedEx. We inspect, package, and process all jewelry products.

Orders for apparel and Viking accessories, like stickers and mugs, are sent from Printify fulfillment centers closest to you. After your order is shipped, you'll be notified that the item (s) has been dispatched.

You will be provided with a tracking number by us so you can follow along with your order.

SHIPPING TIME & PROCESSING 

Q. How long is your processing time?

A. All jewelry orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Apparel and accessories are made-to-order and can have a processing time of 1-5 business days depending on the product. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A. All of our items are shipped fast & free right here in the USA. Because we fulfill all of our items from the USA, you can expect to receive them on average in 3-7 business days.

International shipping times vary by country, and you should contact us at inorse@outlook.com for more information.

TRACKING 

Q. How can I track my order?

A. We will send you tracking information to the email you provided at checkout. This email will also guide you on how to track your package.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-2 days after you receive that email. You can check your tracking right here on our site at Track Order. 

Q. When will my tracking info appear?

A. You should see tracking events within 24 - 48 hours after you have received the tracking number. This time lag is because USPS and other shipping carriers take time to update the system. 

Q. Why cant I track my order on your website?

A. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 1-2 days after shipment. It may take a day or two to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, if you need help finding information about your package, please try again later.

Q. Why does my shipment status show unchanged? 

A. The carrier may delay your shipment. Delivery time delays can be due to, e.g., weather incidents, backlogs, etc. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order is dispatched and is on its way. 

PAYMENTS

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, or VISA. All our products are listed in US Dollars; our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.

Q. What is the default payment currency? 

A. Our products are listed in US Dollars. The price is displayed in your local currency, but our system automatically converts it to US dollars at checkout.

Q. Can I pay COD- Cash on Delivery? 

A. No. Our apologies but we can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q. My order shows delivered, but I am still waiting to receive my package? 

A. Contact us at inorse@outlook.com with your email and order number, and we will gladly assist you in locating your package.  

Q. My order has a problem; what can I do?  

A. If you have any issues with your order, be it a defect or a sizing issue, please contact us immediately at inorse@outlook.com.
